What I Do

Every M&A deal has a thesis. My job is to turn that thesis into operational reality — on time, across borders, and without losing the people along the way.

I focus on three areas where PE-backed businesses need experienced, independent programme leadership:

Post-Merger Integration

The problem

You've acquired multiple businesses across several countries. Each has its own systems, processes, contracts, and culture. The integration plan from the deal team is high-level at best. Meanwhile, synergy targets are on the clock.

How I solve it

I design and run the full integration programme — from Day 1 planning through to entity consolidation. I bring structure to complexity: integration governance, country-by-country rollout plans, ERP consolidation, legal entity restructuring, and synergy tracking that the board can actually use.

Led the integration of 40+ legal entities across 18 countries for a PE-backed cybersecurity distributor. Delivered 7 country go-lives in 18 months, £100M+ in restructuring transactions, and €12M in annualised EBITDA synergies. Developed a reusable Integration Kit methodology for consistent multi-country rollout.

Corporate Carve-Out & TSA Exit

The problem

You're spinning out a business unit or exiting a transitional services agreement. The parent company's systems, contracts, and infrastructure are deeply embedded. You need to stand up an independent operation — fast — without breaking what already works.

How I solve it

I lead the separation programme end-to-end: defining the target operating model, deploying new enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, payroll), managing TUPE transfers, and building the IT and operational foundations from scratch.

Led the technology workstream for a £4M carve-out programme, spinning a data centre operations company out of its parent. Deployed a full enterprise application stack across 5 countries for 120+ employees in under 12 months, including ERP, HR, payroll, and ITSM platforms.

Enterprise Transformation

The problem

Your portfolio company needs a step-change — a new operating model, a modern ERP, a consolidated CRM — but the internal team doesn't have the bandwidth or experience to run a programme of this scale.

How I solve it

I take ownership of the transformation programme: scoping, budgeting, vendor orchestration (including Big 4 advisory firms), and phased delivery across multiple countries. I'm comfortable managing multi-million pound advisory engagements alongside hands-on programme execution.

Directed a €14.5M global transformation programme for a PE-backed life sciences business, integrating 53 legal entities across 24 countries. Managed a €4.4M advisory engagement spanning ERP, CRM, and PSA implementations. Delivered a pilot wave with 100% UAT pass rate across 275 test cases.
