About Nic
I've spent over 20 years in programme leadership, enterprise systems, and operations — starting in SAP consulting and logistics, progressing through IT Director and Logistics Director roles, and for the past decade focusing exclusively on M&A integration, carve-outs, and transformation programmes.
I work as an independent contractor through Peacoat Ltd, which I founded in 2016. I choose contracting because the programmes I specialise in — genuine, large-scale transformations — are rare within the lifecycle of any single organisation. Being independent allows me to lead this scale of programme continuously, bringing experience from one integration straight into the next.
I'm trilingual in English, German, and French, which is more than a line on a CV — it means I can run workshops in Munich, negotiate with advisors in Paris, and present to the board in London, all without a translator.

"A leader, but not arrogant. Willing to take constructive criticism. Strong but fair. A quality individual."
